Draw Your Feelings
In this workshop, people can tune into themselves and try to connect with their emotions. This helps in processing stress, anxiety, and intrusive thoughts. In visualizing how we feel, we are giving our thoughts and emotions their rights to exist but find another place for them to live beside ourselves.
Self-Reflection
Drawing self-portraits while looking at our reflections in the mirror can help reestablish and rebuild our relationship with ourselves.
